Movesesh

Track your training.
Own your progress.

A workout tracker with a progression engine that actually reads your logbook. It runs offline, keeps your training on your own phone, and never asks you to make an account.

In closed testing. iOS and Android listings are on the way.

The Movesesh dashboard showing a training week and recent sessions

Programs that progress themselves

Percentage waves, double progression, stage ladders and weekly 5x5. The engine works out the next session from what you actually lifted, including missed reps and skipped days.

Fitness indices, not vanity numbers

Strength, muscular endurance and work capacity tracked as trends over months, each built from your own logged sets rather than a formula applied to a single one-rep max.

Bring your history with you

Import from Strong or Hevy as CSV. Unrecognised exercise names are matched once and remembered, and a bad import can be undone whole.

Yours, on your phone

Every workout is stored locally in SQLite. No account to create, no analytics, nothing to opt out of. Export the lot to CSV whenever you want it elsewhere.

Privacy is the default, not a setting

Movesesh has no account system, no advertising and no analytics. Your workouts live in a database on your device. The app makes exactly two network requests: one to this site to check whether a newer version exists, and one from Expo's updater looking for a JavaScript bundle. Neither carries anything that identifies you.Read the full policy, which is written one section per data flow so you can see precisely what leaves your phone.
